The AHC Wellness™ Program
Getting Started

Please call the site coordinator at your preferred American Health Center facility to set up your first meeting with the chiropractic physician. At your first meeting you will discuss your current nutrition and fitness and set your weight and health goals for the program. The chiropractic physician will conduct a health assessment, including a weigh-in, measurements and blood pressure test. You will meet with the chiropractic physician monthly to track your progress in the AHC Wellness™ program. The chiropractic physician will continually provide weight management support and help you develop new health goals as your old goals have been attained.
