The AHC Wellness™ program combines customized fitness and nutrition training and support to assist our clients in developing and maintaining healthy wellness habits. The AHC Wellness™ program is for every "body".

The AHC Wellness™ program will help you achieve and sustain good nutrition by providing you with:

The AHC Wellness™ program will assist you in incorporating physical activity into your life by providing you with:
Access to a state-of-the-art fitness facility
A customized fitness program
On-site certified fitness training and support.

*The cost of the AHC Wellness™ program for non-patients is $60.00 dollars setup/exam fee and $39.99 per month.
